Here in this short technote that demonstrates the Link Aggregation Control Protocol (LACP) features for the Aruba APs that have more than one Ethernet ports. IAPs support LACP which is based on IEEE802.3ad standard. This is used to balance traffic over aggregate ports.
2.1 Switch Configuration
We’ll start with the Aruba 2930F switch configuration.
Aruba-2930F-Lab# sh run
trunk 3,5 trk1 lacp
vlan 1
no untagged 1-2,4,6-10,Trk1
no ip address
exit
vlan 10
name "Lab"
untagged 7-8
tagged 2,4,9-10
ip address 10.10.10.1 255.255.255.0
dhcp-server
exit
vlan 20
name "VLAN20"
tagged 2,6-10
ip address 10.10.20.1 255.255.255.0
dhcp-server
exit
vlan 4093
name "AP-515"
untagged Trk1
tagged 2,10
no ip address
exit
2.2 IAP Configuration
There is no configuration needed, as soon as you configure the LAN switch side, this should be work. Here is the InstantOS firmware version we are using.

Once we connect the AP-515 using both its interfaces, LACP is formed. Here is the IAP show command.
